Now let’s see those skills in action.

We have found that many qualified applicants just don’t have time M-F, 9-5 to run through a rigorous set of interviews and assessment.  To get around this, we designed a series of short tests you can take on your schedule.  It is a timed assessment though, so be sure to allow yourself enough time to complete it (stopping and starting isn’t allowed and you can’t start over, that’s cheating!).


To complete the assessment you will need access to the following:

  1. A computer with internet access (if you can read this, then I think we’re off to a good start!
  2. Microsoft Word (or an equivalent word processing software).
  3. Access to your email.
  4. About 30 uninterrupted minutes.

If any of these are a problem for you, then we can schedule an in person assessment in our office during regular business hours.

Things to keep in mind.

  • Dont’ get stuck.
    • The overall assessment should only take 30 minutes.  Don’t get bogged down.
  • Please complete the assessment within 3 days.
    • We’ve got to be fair to all candidates so let’s keep this moving.
  • Follow the instructions carefully.
    • No, really, read the instructions.
  • Use a computer.
    • Don’t try to complete this on a cell phone.  It won’t work.
  • Use your judgement.
    • If something is unclear, use your best judgement and move on.
  • Don’t overthink it!
    • We’re not trying to ‘git you’.  We’re just assessing your existing skill set to see if we’ll be a good fit.
